These terms govern your use of Nimble, a macOS application made by SwiftLab Ltd (“we”, “us”). By downloading, activating or using Nimble you agree to them.
License
When you purchase Nimble you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal or commercial work. A single license may be used with two activations on devices you own or control. Your purchase includes free updates for the lifetime of the app, at no extra cost.
Free trial
Nimble offers a time-limited free trial so you can evaluate every feature before buying. Continued use after the trial requires a valid license.
Acceptable use
You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or reverse-engineer Nimble except to the extent permitted by applicable law. The license keys are personal to you; sharing them may result in deactivation.
No warranty
Nimble is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We work hard to make it reliable, but we don’t guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. You are responsible for your own data and backups, Git operations can be destructive.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwiftLab Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of Nimble. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your license.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
