How to request a refund
You can request a refund either way:
- Email hello@swiftlab.co.uk with your order details, or
- Use the Lemon Squeezy order portal.
Refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, back to your original payment method. They usually appear within a few business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
After a refund
Once a refund is issued, your license key is deactivated and Nimble returns to its trial state.
